Boutique items: Any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased in the USA may be returned free of charge within 14 days of receiving the product. Please send an email to contact@thebeefboutiqueca.com and make us aware that you would like to process a return. At that time we will send your return information. For anything past 14 days, shipping costs are non-refundable and at the customers expense. We will send a return slip and once the product is received, less the cost of shipping. Once the return is processed you will receive an email verifying your return. *Please note: All SALE ITEMS that have been marked down are FINAL. Ranch-direct beef: Any beef purchased may not be returned. If for some reason you are unhappy or there was a delivery issue with your order please email: Contact@thebeefboutiqueca.com and we will make it right.
